Pakwan Seekh Kebab

Made from New Zealand grown chicken mince, blended with herbs and spices. These Kebabs are molded onto skewers and grilled with love. Simply Heat and Eat and enjoy kiwi style - A LIL’ BIT HOT

Buffalo Kabab Wraps

Ingredients

  • Pakwan’s Seekh Kebab – 14-16 kababs
  • Buffalo sauce – as required
  • Tortillas – 4
  • Iceberg lettuce – as required; shredded
  • Avocado – as required; sliced
  • Tomatoes – as required; chopped
  • Oil – for grilling

Method
Heat Pakwan Seekh Kebab as per instructions on pack.
Add ¼ cup buffalo sauce on Pakwan Seekh Kebab and toss to coat each kebab. Set aside.
Spread iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and buffalo sauce on a tortilla.
Place coated Seekh Kebab in the center and wrap.
Brush oil on a grill pan, grill prepared wraps until golden brown from each side.
Buffalo Kebab Wraps are ready. Serve.

Sizzling Kebab Jalfrezi

Ingredients

  • Pakwan’s Seekh Kebab – 12 Kebabs
  • Tomato – 1½ cup; puréed
  • Cooking oil – 4 tbsp
  • Onions – 1 cup; sliced
  • Green chilies – 3
  • Whole cumin – 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • Green bell pepper – 1/2 cup; diced
  • Onion – 1/2 cup; chopped
  • Tomatoes – 1/2 cup; diced
  • Green chilies – 3-4; sliced
  • Hot spices powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste – 3 tbsp
    Salt – to taste

Method
Prepare Pakwan’s Seekh Kebab as per instructions on pack.
In a pan, add cooking oil, onion, green chili, whole cumin and cook until light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, salt, tomato puree, red chili powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, tomato paste, coriander powder, hot spices powder and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add Pakwan’s Seekh Kebab – 12 Kebabs, green bell pepper, onion, green chilies, tomato and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Serve in a hot plate to get a sizzling effect.
Your sizzling Kebab Jalfrezi is ready to serve.

Seekh Kebab Pulao (Turkish Style)

Ingredients

  • Pakwan’s Seekh
  • Kebab – 10-12 kebabs
  • Chicken Stoke – ½ Cup
  • Soaked rice – 2 cups
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Whole spices – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Yellow food color – a pinch
  • Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • Saffron – 2 pinches
  • Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Onion – 1 cup; chopped
  • Fresh coriander – for garnish
  • Water – 3 and 1/2 cups

Method
Prepare Pakwan’s Seekh Kebab as per instructions on pack.
In a pan, heat oil and fry onion until translucent. Add whole spices and cook for a minute.
Add ginger garlic paste, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add yogurt and mix well, then add water, Chicken Stoke, and bring to a boil.
Add soaked rice and saffron and let it cook until 80% water is evaporated.
Add food color, cover, and steam on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from stove, dish out and place the prepared Pakwan’s Seekh Kebab on top.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Steamed Seekh Kebab Vegetable Mix

Ingredients

  • Pakwan’s Seekh Kebab – 8 kababs
  • Red bell pepper – 1 tbsp; julienned
  • Green bell pepper – 1 tbsp; julienned
  • Button mushrooms – ¼ cup; sliced
  • Yellow bell pepper – 1 tbsp; julienned
  • Green chili – 1 tbsp; sliced
  • Garlic – 1 tsp; chopped
  • Spring onion – ¼ cup; sliced
  • Green olives – 10; whole
  • Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 4 tbsp

Method
Place frozen Pakwan’s Seekh Kebab on a platter and evenly set red and green bell pepper.
Top with button mushrooms, yellow bell pepper, green chili, garlic, spring onions and green olives.
Sprinkle salt and drizzle lemon juice, olive oil and water.
Cling wrap the platter and set in a microwave oven for 4 minutes and serve.

Sizzling Cheesy Kebab Masala

Ingredients

  • Pakwan’s Seekh Kebab – 8-10 kabab
  • Oil – ½ cup
  • Onion – 1 cup; chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato – 1 cup; diced
  • Water – as required
  • Salt – to taste
  • Red chili powder – ½ tbsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Onion rings – 7-8
  • Green bell pepper – 1 cup; julienned
  • Butter – 1 tsp
  • Green chilies – 3-4; diagonally cut
  • Mozzarella cheese – as required; shredded
  • Cheddar cheese – as required; shredded

Method
Prepare Pakwan’s Seekh Kebab as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan; add onion and sauté until translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and water; cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder coriander powder, cumin powder, and mix well. Add yogurt and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Add green bell pepper, prepared Pakwan’s Seekh Kebab and green chilies. Mix well until well coated.
Heat a sizzler plate; add butter and put the prepared Seekh Kebab Masala on sizzler plate.
Add shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top. Garnish with green chilies. Your Sizzling Cheesy Kebab Masala is ready.
